Eva Lochova is the founder of Eva Sound Wellness, offering professionally guided sound-based relaxation experiences designed to support stress reduction, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Her sessions combine guided relaxation, mindful breathing, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and calming sensory elements to create restorative experiences for modern workplaces and wellness-focused environments.
Eva has completed professional training in Sound Therapy, Sound Practitioner techniques, and Breathwork for Stress Relief, thoughtfully integrating these approaches into each session. Based in Miami Beach, she partners with corporations, hotels, residential communities, and private clients to provide thoughtfully designed wellness experiences that help participants pause, recharge, and reconnect.
